Safely illuminate roadways and intersections with lighting that reduces glare and sky glow, and does not trespass outside of the roadway into surrounding habitat.
Requirements
Provide lamps that are Dark-Sky compliant or equivalent. A list of Dark-Sky approved fixtures can be found at http://www.DarkSky.org.
