Requirements
Provide an environmental training plan that is customized to the project, including:
- List of the types of project personnel to be trained. This may be a list by job-type or
by employer need not contain actual employee names.
- Description of the types of training to be given.
- A process to track training efforts, including dates, means (e.g., online, classroom,
field training), topics and the identification of those participating in training.

JonathanB, this is a great question. The answer to your question is "not at this time." This is something we will consider, but every project is different and some may have more stringent environmental requirements than others. An appropriate response on the documentation for this credit for Item d., when there is no certification for the person delivering the training, is "none required."
The second part of your question regarding bestowing certifications and qualifications on others is outside the scope of this credit and Greenroads in general. It is a good point, but really what we are going for here is to see that everyone on the construction team has been systematically informed about the project's environmental conditions and the team's overall plan for stewardship on the jobsite.

d. Required Environmental qualifications and certifications.
Is there a minimal certification required for the trainer, and does the trainer have to possess a level of qualification, that grants him/her the right to bestow recognized certification and qualification on others?
